1. The general Manager was very friendly and really wants to make the stay a positive one.

7. This works VERY well generally - I don't leave a negative review, the feedback can improve the experience for others, and I often return to use the concession and see if any change has been made - but I'm not even interested in coming back here, and I don't think you should either, which is why I'm writing today.

9. We had room 320 which we generally try to get since that is what we had the first time we stayed.

10. Everyone at the hotel from the front desk to housekeeping to the general Manager and especially the staff in the club lounge was dedicated to ensuring a perfect stay for us.
