4. good value rooms and they were a good size and clean, hotel was in a good location for historic downtown, bar was ok, so was breakfast in the restarant, but we did try an evening meal which was very poor.

8. Staff was friendly, restaurant good (at least for breakfast), shuttles were prompt, picking us up at Railrunner when we arrived, taking us to and from Old Town which is only a few blocks away, and to the airport.
