4. I was most impressed when we had a power outage one night (not the hotel's fault) and I listened while a pointlessly annoyed guest berated a member of the staff, who managed to keep his cool and stay respectful.

5. My only complaint was the AC was slow to cool down the room but by late evening it was cool enough to sleep comfortably.

6. The fan on the heating and cooling unit was very loud and would run with constant stops and re-starts, which was less than ideal, but on balance, it's still a good value for the price, so worth a few compromises.

7. This hotel has a great location and maybe the best quality that can be purchased at the price, but it is probably due for renovations, or at least an upgrade of the heating/cooling units.

8. I got a good haircut at the Hot Heads Barber Shop & cool Claws Nails at 309 Rio Grande Blvd opposite Oldtown.

9. The AC in the room did not work very well and if we stayed in the room for several hours the AC could not keep the room cool.
