1. I do not like down bedding in all but the coldest climates, and since it was very warm in the room due to the air-conditioning issues, we removed the duvet from the bed and were just going to use the extra blanket we found in the closet.

4. We had empty water bottles from our goody bags that our family event had waiting for us, so sweet of them, so we went to the restaurant and they filled them with their water, didn't taste like chlorinated local, but from their purification system, for free.

7. Also, I knew when to ease up on myself during the class, I'd likely have passed out otherwise.

9. It's a silly little extra, but things like the fact that they carry Aveda products tells me that they are making the effort to rise above their competitors.
"Great customer service, great room, ideal location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/1/2012 Vote
10. The only thing was there was no furniture on the deck/balcony - seemed like that would've been nice instead of standing on the balcony.
