1. I always try to book hotels that reflect the local character of a place as opposed to a national chain because they usually provide better service and a better experience, but I was disappointed in this one.

3. Cafe Plazuela is better, with a good quality New Mexico menu, but the wait staff is even less attentive and trained than at Cristobal's.

4. They did offer a rollaway (twin) that two people had to sleep on, but it was very tight and the kids were not comfortable, but better than sleeping on the floor (which they tried).
