1. Overall many of the positive elements of the hotel are still there - friendly staff, great pool for kids, reasonable rate for a nice sized suite, valuable free breakfast and evening reception.

" What we DID NOT LIKE was the breakfast and overall cleanliness of this hotel:* The floor in much of the hotel that is not carpeted is sticky and dirty* The breakfast was not maintained or staffed, the dishes were dirty, piles of dishes awaited cleaning and there was no rhyme or reason to the organization of breakfast.

9. We arrived late on a friday night so we ordered a pizza through room service and it was a large delicous pizza that to me was better than any Pizza Hut or Papa Johns pizza, and the price was very reasonable.
