4. The staff was friendly and helpful in general, the exception being the younger female receptionists who were not very mature/professional (when they didn't know something or couldn't find something they would just say 'Sorry, I don't know' instead of trying to find out).

8. there was hair and crumbs in the ice bucket, it didn't look like the vacume had been run in the room except for the walking path, I ran mu hand over the speckled grey marble sink counter in the restroom and low and behold some kind of thin fild plastic thing stuck to my hand.
