2. If you don't need fancy amenities & don't mind a few signs of age like cracked tiles in bathroom and obvious spackle repair on the wall- this friendly little downtown hotel is a great deal.

5. There's a guy with a saw and great sparking electric screwdriver and he's framing out an entire bathroom, idly drilling into studs as I tell him 2 x 2s sixteen on center in a loadbearing wall was inviting disaster, but he didn't want to hear it and kept on.

6. All in all this is a great hotel for the price, defiantly not a Motel, like some reviews here.
