1. It's an old building but it has been remodeled, the room where we stayed with my husband was perfect with a nice and clean private bathroom.

4. The rooms are of a perfectly adequate size unless you have mountains of luggage and who wants to spend much time in their hotel room anyway? The rooms are clean and the central location is great.
