1. Although the staff was friendly and the location is good, the room I stayed in had no heat,(with the exception of a very small space heater I had to put on a chair and point at the bed), the shower head fell off when I tried to adjust it, and it took a very long time to get hot water.

2. com is trying to refund at least some of the money we spent on this crap heap, which is against their policy, but because of this instance they are making an exception.

3. Very clean with the exception of some of the grout lines in the shower.

4. I've read some reviews that state they had a bad experience, but I tink that they are the exception, not the rule as I stay here every year for an extended period.
