1. They had advertised rooms being newly renovated - small, dingy, linens in need of replacement, and the underside of the duvet on one of the beds had a nailpolish (I hope) spill on it.

3. Also, very convenient to several busses that took us where we wanted to go, and every day I had new questions for the owner ( I assume the coulple who was always behind the desk my entire 5 days owns the place), and she always gave me good advice and recommendations on how/where to go.

4. Never had a problem,5) Prices are very reasonable and includes free parking and they have a great cancellation policy and if they drop their rates they'll accomodate the new rate if asked.
