1. the room was small but nice bay window and big fridge, coffee pot and microwave, Also a strange smell at night in the room after we closed doors and windows which were open to cool room off.

4. Many hotels do not have a/c because the nights tend to be cool and you can open the windows, but it`s not very safe so you end up sleeping in a stuffy room.
