1. However, it was easy to find (just off Route 101), the woman on reception was very friendly and welcoming when we checked in and despite being allocated a ground floor room we were very pleasantly surprised: the room appeared to have been recently refurbished and was very clean.

2. the place was easy to find, reception is dull and lifeless, reception staff was not exactly unfriendly but certainly lacking welcoming and helpful attitude, we weren`t given any maps or offers about tours etc.
