2. It is located on a busy downtown intersection and it is noisy outside the room, but it was quiet inside with the door shut.

3. The negatives are: only inside rooms are relatively quiet; the pillows are like rocks; for a hotel that says it is totally remodeled and has a 100% no-smoking-in-the-rooms policy, the blankets were full of burn holes.
