4. value wise, its might seem like a lot for what it is, but its right in the centre of a big city, so expect to pay more.

6. What the charge is for? water? sewage?Very rude staff, suggesting to find a different hotel (at 9pm) if we don't like the extra charge, and telling us that they don't like our attitude and that we're not welcome there.
