1. Just what we wanted for one night - clean, tidy, comfortable, close to restaurants, free parking (a bonus in that part of town), very friendly staff.

3. As for the room, it was a little small, yes you can hear the traffic on Lombard but it never interfered with my sleeping, the bed was comfortable.
