5. Helped in many ways, rented a hybrid and got free parking from them and they let us keep our luggage checked until it was time to check in, staff was friendly and offered advice for food and entertainment as well as help with the local transit.

6. The staff was so nice and friendly - we met the head manager Norbert (super nice guy) and all the staff was helpful in giving suggestions, offering free coffee in the am, and making us feel so special (for us, this is one of the big benefits of staying at a smaller, more personal hotel vs.
