1. Service is a must when I travel and there are few hotels where the service is better than what is provided at the Hotel Griffon.

2. Check out California Street or Japan Town, even further away from the water and closer to the Wharf would be better than here stay out of the FD and take in culture somewhere else.

5. For a modest fee, we got a very comfortable limousine from the hotel to the SF airport, much better than taking the Super Shuttle or a taxi.

9. But I like the Griffon`s rooms better than Harbor Court`s and I like the ambiance (esp in Jan) of either Harbor Court or Griffon over Vitale.
