1. The rooms were clean, comfortable, the bathroom was small but adequate, water pressure was good and hot water in the am/pm.

5. Primarily recommended for its proximiy to the Moscone Center and market street for shopping and catching a cable car, the rooms are comfortable, the internet is good and free ( more than can be said for some top tier nearby hotels) and the TV channel selection was above average.

6. Like many other boutique hotels in SF it needs to be taken for what it is, a bit faded, tattered around the edges but modern enough to be a good value.
