We took the BART from the airport to Union square and that was a tough climb up the hill with our luggage to get to the hotel even though it was a relatively short distance, definitely not the best way to get there if you were in company of elderly or anyone with mobility issues, just get a taxi instead.

9. Had a room on the third floor, right opposite the lifts, which is not the best spot, due to noise etc, but wasn't too bad.

10. Service was not the best, either - we asked twice at the front desk for extra towels, once at 8pm and again at 10:30pm, and never received them (we were checking out at 5am so an early morning delivery was not an option, which they knew because we explained this to them).
