8. I would have given this hotel a better rating for service, but I was thoroughly dissapointed with how I was treated when I came back to the hotel around 1:30 in the morning.

9. She also said that it is usually better to call the hotel directly (which I had) because they can often offer better rates than those found on the various hotel on-line booking services, so that would certainly be my recommendation.
