7. Okay, the rooms were a bit small, but Ann (front desk) welcomed us and made a distict connection with us, Elliot (concierge) was attentive and helped us with great recommendations and Marcel (bartender) helped guide us to great locations - it's all about the service to me.

9. Upon entering the hotel, Sean introduced himself, informed me that he would arrange for my transportation back to the airport at the end of my stay with a provider who does take credit cards, flashed a smile, and ended his greeting by saying 'welcome home'.
