Pros:-Clean-Excellent, service-oriented staff-Good location just off of Union Square-Free wireless Internet (some offers)-Comfortable, queen-size bed-Some non-smoking rooms-soft, fluffy towels-Jar of mints in room (nice touch)Cons:-Tiny room (really tiny)-No air conditioning-Wireless reception erratic (sometimes fine; sometimes took 10 minutes to load one page)-cracked, chipped and peeling paint in bathroom.
