1. I understand that many places are trying to cut down on sheets/towel laundry, however, I was not impressed with a card on everything that is normally done by room service asking you to please consider not having the item changed.

2. I planned a last minute trip to SF and was pleased to find a hotel near attractions I wanted to visit for so inexpensive a price, despite previous remarks of being in an unsavory neighborhood (which I don't agree with at all after being within 2-3 miles of everything in the central city).

5. please note Americans are kind, respectful and very welcoming people - the people sitting at the front desk may have a gained a green card, however, they are far remote from representing anything that America stands for.
