1. I understand that many places are trying to cut down on sheets/towel laundry, however, I was not impressed with a card on everything that is normally done by room service asking you to please consider not having the item changed.

7. It was not a view worth starring out at, but I thought it was cool and appreciated it because I have never lived in a big city so it kind of gave me the impression of what it would be like to look out your window if you lived in New York City (see attached pictures).
