1. No A/C, but the (new) windows open, and a security bar lets you leave the window open about an inch for ventilation.

6. Obviously a converted apartment building it isnt set up with and lacks many of the amenities and conveniences of large new hotels, but they have done a lot with what they have and you will not find a better place for the money for sure.
