5. Furthermore a didn't like the rather funny smell in the lobby and hallways, Parking is just accross the street, as a visiter of the grant hotel you get a reduced fee for parking.

7. The room that I initally had didn't have good cell phone reception, and when I told the woman at the front desk she immediately gave me another room which I liked even better since it overlooked the street.

I would like to start off by saying that a previous reviewer who scored it 1 out of 5 and commented that the hotel smelled of urine is totally unfair, so if you are reading this review and thinking of staying at the hotel, PLEASE IGNORE THAT REVIEW - it is totally wrong, off putting to would be travellers and damaging for the hotel itself.

10. No strong smells, the hotel is a little musky but nothing like what the other reviews say.
