1. The concept of the newly-decorated rooms is to name each after a locally-famous personality and to decorate each room in a different manner to reflect on that person.

5. We did a thorough search in the new room before sleeping, but even then, we were very paranoid about waking up with bites, but the new room was clear.

Lovely large Victorian parlor rooms, excellent beds, extended Continental breakfast served to the room at the time you designate, robes, free shuttle to and from Union Square, covered parking, refrigerators and coffee makers, hi-speed internet and they were just installing new safes when we left.

9. The gym is small but efficient, had one of each: treadmill, bike and elliptical with full set of weights and the equipment was new.
