4. A Friend and I are both Travel Agents and weren't able to secure any accommodation at last minute through our normal means due to San Fran being heavilly booked with conferences etc so we searched availability through the WEB.

9. I stayed here several years ago; I was pleasantly surprised that it was clean, moderately priced, comfortable, quiet, located close to Union Square and had great security.
