1. Although it is somewhat on the edge where you need to be careful in which direction you walk at night it is no different in that respect from the Hilton one block north and at a much cheaper rate.

2. We were on top floor (6th) at the front of hotel, had our window open first night, fairly noisy, but really only to be expected as you will see for yourself once you leave the hotel, be careful not to wander to the right-side of the hotel as it isn't that nice.

4. It`s on the edge of the dicey part of the tenderloin but as long as you are a little careful about heading west on Eddy at night there are no problems.
