3. Meaning: for much of the night, you will be serenaded by buses going up and down the street, motorcycles accelerating from the stop-light and an amazing array of garbage pick-ups (all those restaurants, I guess.

9. I enjoy walking and the staff at the hotel gave me numerous options for walking around the area to visit amazing shops, and visit local parks and trails close to the hotel.

10. Aside from the nice quaint feel a major plus is that it is right across the street from the new JCC which has an amazing fitness center with gym, pool, hottub, sauna, etc.
