4. When we got to our room it looked very nice and clean, I started to inspect the room ( This a Marriott Hotel should be clean right) sorry I inspected the room because that's what I do for a living work in housekeeping for a Motel.

5. Really nice good friendly staff, but we were on the 2nd floor right across from the bus stop on a Saturday night, NOISY.

7. The valets were very nice -- I needed to retrieve a couple of umbrellas from my car and they ran off and got them for me.

8. We asked for a rollaway crib and they brought one right up, set it up for us and it was a nice little Graco Pack & Play type crib that appeared clean.

From the friendly front desk clerks (the men just need to smile more), to the AWESOME bartender (never got his name but he was terrific), to the funny concierge personnel (always laughing with a nice story of places to go), to the great housekeeper who even took the time to fluff our doggies bed and she cleaned the room spotless too, to the evening manager who assisted with some minor rate issues, ALL of the personnel were great.

10. This hotel is okay -- it's not as nice as their other properties, even within the city -- but it's a 10 minute walk to Pier 39 and it's great not to have to deal with parking, etc.
