6. I was also shocked that when I asked if they had a complimentary umbrella, which was old and dirty, they stated, if it's not returned I would be charged for a brand new one.

7. Unfortunately, had to call housekeeping again, to get new sheets as the one on the bed had a stain (gross), and the person they sent up didn't know how to put them on the bed so i helped.
