1. The location is perfect, service very prompt with requests, room spacious, comforable, and nicely decorated.

The room assigned was not the one shown online, when I inquired after checking in, the desk clerk referred to 'small print' on the website about 'pictures', which means I didn't get what I thought I paid for when booking - king meant king bed but not the larger, spacious with chair/ottoman shown.

5. Our queen deluxe room was not spacious but it was most accomodating with a closet, drawers, refrigerator, safe, desk with chair and another chair with an ottoman.
