1. Good free continental breakfast included (and if you like more fruit like I do, the hotel is next to a small market that has plenty :-) For the area, it's a great deal.

7. The inclusive continental breakfast in the morning is almost all hand prepared rather than pre-packaged such as you'd find in a chain hotel so you never quite know what to expect, but there's always plenty to find that tastes good.
