3. Decent continent breakfast included, not fancy (toast, instant oatmeal, hardboiled egg, juice, coffee/tea, apples, cookies) enough to get you out the door.

9. The neighborhood is nice and you won't find scary people around when you go out of the place, just like fancy hotels around Union Sqare but surrrounded by prostitues, homeless and funny looking characters.
