2. My partner and I spent two nights here, and were immediately struck by how friendly the hotel staff are -- they know, and love their city, and they are brimming full of useful tips you won't find in most guide books.

8. I loved staying at Andrews and would recommend it if you like to spend your time in San Francisco in a hotel with character and and historic atmosphere.

10. Hotel is lovely older style but getting a little tired, and the only bad thing about being in the city is the constant sirens at night - didn't sleep that well.
