The staff were amazing and helpful, the building was really cool and filled with such history, the rooms were on the small side (but myself and my boyfriend had no problems with the size), the location is unbeatable (within walking distance to so much) and if you get a transit passport from the MUNI booth on Market, you'll have no problems getting anywhere in the city.

7. Be sure to ask the staff (especially the amazing Oscar) about the place`s past: it was the only building in the area to survive the Great Shake and Bake, and so the owner sold hot showers to the survivors and rescue workers.
