1. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made to stay here.
"Comfortable boutique hotel right in Union Square " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/6/2012 Vote
2. It had an iPod player and radio (a bit fiddly to use though) on the bedside table and, best of all, a 42 inch wall-mounted LCD TV.

3. As someone mentioned, there are pan handlers out in front frequently - the staff does their best to move them along, but unless you stay on top of the hill at the Fairmont or somewhere else away from the busy shopping district, that is unfortunately the norm for San Francisco and should be expected.
"Great for what it is - a downtown, non-luxury, boutique hotel. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/12/2011 Vote
4. Abri acknowledges the noise and does their best to compensate with fresh ear plugs and eye masks nightly.

5. From the casual lobby and friendly staff who always were ready to help us figure out the best way to get to our destination to the enjoyable refreshments offered to guests in the early evening it is a hotel I would highly recommend.

6. I wouldn't necessarily say this is the best part of town if you are coming for tourism, but it is only about a 5-8 minute walk to Moscone / Yerba Buena, so I would definitely recommend this for anyone heading there.

10. At a corporate rate of $150/night including tax I think this is the best value hotel stay I have had in downtown SF, having paid more than $200 for much less nice service in the past.
