1. We arrived late on a Monday afternoon and were given a northwest facing corner room with wonderful views of the city including portions of the Bay Bridge, Coit Tower,and Alcatraz.

3. All in all, this is an absolutely wonderful hotel, it's in a great location to cable cars, restaurants, stores, shopping etc that I'd stay here again in an instant.

8. BUT the front desk was wonderful - they upgraded rooms to a top floor with views of the bay and reduced our per night fee - the rooms were right next door with a small foyer and front door - perfect.
