1. It is on a relatively quiet block (Steuart St; there is a 2nd entrance on Embarcadero) very close to the Ferry Building and the Financial District.

4. We wanted to be near the Golden Gate Bridge, close to the water, and accessible to the BART to enjoy a quiet visit to San Francisco so we opted for the Harbor Court by the Embarcadero while our other family members and friends stayed in the Union Square area.
