Super small rooms--many of which overlook walls or Hvac units; no restaurant (can't even get a cup of coffee or a soda);
huge
, loud in room heating and a/c units; a $10 fee to workout at the local YMCA down the street; none of which they even disclose on the Kimpton web site.

The staff were very friendly, the room was just what we needed--nothing
huge
, and maybe small for some, but this is why I stay in the boutique hotels.

The one downside, and its a downside, is that many of the outside rooms look over a
huge
HVAC unit.

Yes, the rooms aren't
huge
but I've been in a lot smaller and a lot less nice.

Fair warning though, the rooms are not
huge
, but unless you are traveling to sit and enjoy the interior of your hotel room, they are perfectly spacious enough.

As the room is small, the very comfortable platform bed had
huge
drawers underneath to act as a dresser.

The hotel does not have its own gym but does have privileges with the adjacent YMCA -- a
huge
facility with cardio machines, weights, etc.

Previous Kimpton hotels were great, but this was a
huge
disappointment.
