4. When I lived in the Fillmore district for over two years, I never even noticed this hotel - it was not frills, but clean, and quite large - better than some 5 star hotels I have stayed at.

6. The Best Western branding caused me some concern since my experience with BW is that their is a lot of variance between properties, but the 'Joie de Vivre' co-branding made me think it would be better than your typical BW hotel.
