1. Staff at reception couldn't care less, one of them spoke English with such a strong Chinese accent, that it was almost impossible to understand him.

5. I realise that the majority of Hyatt customers are perhaps business travellers who don't really care, but a little thing like free wifi for paying guests would be nice.

8. It looked like there were some other lots in the area that might have been cheaper (if you don't care about in/ out privlages) but we needed the car later that night so we decided to just park it in this garage.
