2. Regarding the review of the couple who lost their expensive bicycles in the garage, I would recommend to management that they lease an electronic security system for parking providing safety for their guests, their employees, and pass the cost on to the room rates while providing the free parking aspect.

5. Their building was very secure, you have to use your key to access any outside doors to the elevator or stairwell.
