3. OK, the Inn's elevator is slow, but who cares when you're on vacation right? The bar on Filmore can be loud some nights and there is the traffic noise from Lombard Street, but those things are out of the Inn's control.

5. the only downside is that the parking garage is TINY, and if you have a large vehicle, which we did, it takes some careful manuevering to get into a parking space.
