4. It is relatively new, well maintained and certainly well located within easy walking distance of the waterfront, it's right there, but also Chinatown and Union Square are walking distance away.

8. The hotel is perfectly located to keep kids busy as it is near the water for endless sightseeing, the Ferry Building for lots of interesting and new snacks, and all manner of public transportation including streetcars and cable cars.
