6. The only complaint I could possibly lodge against the hotel is that I will say that the front desk staff were not overly friendly (though not positively unfriendly, just kind of cool).

Look out for Carl (very funny guy in the reastaurant), Eric, Jeremy, John, Ronaldo (the dangerous cocktail dudes), the lovely Columbian girl who brings you to your breakfast table, the sweet Chechan lady in the evening doing the same, the cool manager ladies and guy in the reastaurant who's name's i've forgotten, jacquie from reception and all the other great folk from reception who loved wee viggo, Brian the concierge and the lady concierge who helped us so much.

9. The bar is excellent (ask each bartender for his/her special), the breakfast folk are excellent with great humor, the reception is so friendly (not superficial), the bell boys and girls are damn cool.
