6. Our room was fairly quiet except that it backed onto a nightclub carpark and we did have some noise in the evening from people loading in and out but it certainly didn't upset our stay.

10. I would give it five stars except that the front desk personnel were without exception some of the most sullen and creepy individuals I've ever seen working in customer service.
