1. It isn't as easy to find as some of the other high end hotels I have stayed at in SF, but it wasn't hard to find with GPS.

10. New Management and selective upgrades still miss the mark set by other San Francisco five star hotels - come on, can movies on demand be that difficult to provide for one of the City's best known, high end hotels? Just a bit dated and staff that needs time to gel.
